Assistance Daily Personal Activities

We provide these supports in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the client's own home. We support with and/or supervise personal tasks of daily life to enable the client live as independent as possible.

Accommodation, Tenancy Assistance

We have supported individualised living options, as well as, provide tenancy transition supports.

Employment Assistance

We provide supports in searching for the right job, resume preparation, job application and work attendance. We also provide supports in searching for the right skill development courses to attend to increase your employment prospects

Participation in community, social and civic activities

We will keep you abreast of current community, social and civic activities, provide you with the options available, allowing you to exercise choice and control in what may interest you, and support you all the way.

Group and Centre Based Activities

We provide a range of group classes. A hit group class that we have had so far is the sewing class, which increases your chance of becoming an apprentice

Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transition and supports

This includes support services from short to long-term, with focus on strengthening the client's ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community. Such as:

Support connection
Coordination of supports
Assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations
Life transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development
Assistance with decision making, daily planning and budgeting

Assistance with Travel/Transport Arrangements

We provide an all inclusive support in arranging for clients' travel and transport, including facilitation of rental of adapted vehicles if required

Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement

We provide assistance with and/or supervise tasks of daily living in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing the skills of clients to live as independently as possible.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

We focus on training and development activities undertaken by the client or their carer to increase their ability to live as independently as possible, including providing supports to enhance the ability of the client to travel and use the public transport independently

Household Tasks
