Support Coordination

We provide one on one meetings to discuss and explain your plan to you in order to get  the best value out of your plan. We assist you in setting up your NDIS Participant portal. We will research and recommend service providers, support you to contact service providers, as well as, explain every service agreements received before you sign. We will continue to provide ongoing support after your plan has been implemented. We will assist you to prepare for your plan review to ensure that you continue to get the most out of the NDIS.
